Wire mesh comes in numerous styles and weight carrying capacities.  The size of 
the wire and the grid dimensions all need to be specified and understood.  Add to 
that the coating or finish to either make it pretty or functional for different industries 
and it becomes more than just a piece of flat steel mesh.

There are many sellers of wire mesh, but not all rack makers make wire mesh for their
racks.  Often times it's purchased from a plant that just does wire mesh deck, bins, tubs, boxes.
Who sells to who, we don't quite know, and often they have "no telling" agreements.  So to buy
without the OEM number like Edsal or Lyons we need to know the following;

1. what style of deck you need
2. what actual outside edge to outside edge rack depth you have
3. what actual width of crossbeams you have - how many sections of wire mesh do you need to cover the area; i.e. 144" crossbeams
   may take 3 pieces, 102" take 2 pieces.
4. the weight capacity of the rack you have and what weight you want the mesh deck to carry, this will dictate wire diameter and 
   mesh pattern
5. the final finish coating you want; painted, galvanized, coated
