Shipping Policy

**Note** Many states are beginning to require a Use Tax on products shipped to you from out of state.

Clegg Co., LLC is not the shipper. 
It is the receivers responsibility to examine the delivery upon arrival.  Any damages are to be noted, by the receiver, on the Bill of Lading.
Freight damages must be noted in detail, digital photographs are best.
Damages covered by standard freight terms with haulers, adjustments for such claims are made by freight haulers. Freight costs will not change.
Changes in freight classification due to packaging methods are beyond the control of Clegg Co.  Additional costs will be billed accordingly. 

Clegg Co., LLC is a re-seller of manufactured goods.  We assume no liability or responsibility for the proper use of the products we sell.  
All liability and warranty rests with the manufacturer who designed and produced the item.
