RPD ADJUSTABLE PRESSURE LIVE-ROLLER CONVEYOR
Flat Belt Drive or Line Shaft Driven

 STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS:

• Rollers: 1.9"dia--16 ga. with greased brgs. on 3", 4 1/2", or 6" ctrs. Set high in frame with 7/16" spring loaded hex shafts
• Frame: 6 1/2" high x 12 ga. formed steel channel.
• Belt: 6" wide black PVC friction surface.
• Length: Units supplied in multiples of 6' and 10'
• Drive: Center mounted gear head type drive & take-up.  60' per min. belt speed standard.
• Supports: Adjustable "H" type for 31" to 36" height.

AVAILABLE IN CURVED OR STRAIGHT SECTIONS

APPLICATIONS: 
Convey cartons or tote pans; Accumulate items with minimal line pressure; Line pressure is easily adjusted with hand tools from minimum to full driving force along any section of conveyor length
