Measurements: Jamb
WIDTH is first. The CENTER of the post will be that
dimension. If the post EDGE needs to be less than
door actual jamb width, provide the jamb width only. If you want
the post INSIDE edge to match the door jamb width, add
6" to jamb width. Top rail: If
the top rail needs to be BELOW the door header, provide that
measurement, floor to center of top rail. Or whatever height you
need the top rail to be.
